• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

4.4 Liability Cap

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Linguara in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.

This license does not permit resale, redistribution, public performance, or any commercial use. The license terminates upon course completion or withdrawal, though students may retain materials for personal reference.

Linguara shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
